Confirmation of instruction to provide services

This letter is designed to confirm our specific services and fees to you in relation to the annual maintenance of your website. This contract is in addition to the terms and conditions as listed on www.pickledesigns.com.au and should be read in conjunction with those terms and conditions.

Definitions

Unless otherwise specified, the following terms are defined as:

"We / Us" means Pickle Designs Pty Ltd.
"You / Your" means the person or company to whom or to which this document is intended for.

Service and fees

This contract relates to providing an annual maintenance service to your business. As part of our provision of this service, the following work is included:

Providing changes as requested to your website, which includes;

We will not provide changes site lay out and page specific designs. Pickle Designs will decide the scope of the work and have the right to make decisions based on maintenance requests.
 
The cost per year for annual maintenance is AUD 459. Our fees are reviewed annually and we will advise you of any increase in our charges.

*We reserve the right to charge consulting fees where we are required to undertake additional work beyond the scope of the services.  Where we believe consulting fees of this nature may be applicable, we will contact you to discuss our consulting fees and provide a quote for additional services prior to commencing any work for you. We will not commence any additional work without your written agreement. 

We are authorised to amend these terms at any time by publishing any amendments on our website.
